The Company is on the lookout for a driven National Sales Director to lead efforts in acquiring high-volume accounts. If you possess a rich experience of at least 10 years in the staffing industry and are ready to take on the challenge of steering sales strategies, this role is for you. You will be in charge of developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, fostering robust relationships with C-level executives, and managing a dynamic team of sales professionals dedicated to surpassing targets. Your success will hinge on your ability to collaborate across functions, leverage market insights for informed decision-making, and optimize sales tactics.
To thrive in this position, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. A proven track record in sales leadership, especially in targeting high-volume accounts, is crucial. Experience with managed service provider (MSP) or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions will be highly regarded. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are vital, alongside an analytical mindset and proficiency in sales data analysis. Flexibility to travel as needed is also a requirement.
