Job DescriptionA cutting-edge and leading diagnostic testing laboratory company in the U.S., driven by innovation and committed to improving healthcare solutions through its services, is hiring a results-oriented National Sales Manager (in Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida or Arizona) to lead its sales efforts and drive business growth in addiction monitoring.The NSM will work closely with the CEO to refine and execute sales strategies that align with company goals. This role involves developing a high-performing sales team, managing client relationships, and spearheading individual sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and be passionate about expanding business in the healthcare sector.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales representatives to reach their full potential.
  • Sales Execution: Personally engage in sales, from prospect identification to closing deals.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and expand business relationships.
RequirementsEDUCATION & TRAINING
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • Proven experience as a medical Sales Manager or similar role, with a history of achieving sales targets.
  • Toxicology, pain management or substance use treatment sales/management experience is preferred.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and mentoring a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
OTHER
  • Must reside in Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida or Arizona.
  • Other states may be considered based on the candidate's ability to bring in new business.
