This individual will facilitate the sustainable growth of Hanwha Vision within the NSI channel. The primary aim is to eliminate any hindrances or challenges that may impede Hanwha Vision from efficiently conducting business with NSIs. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and foster loyal, long-lasting relationships with NSI leadership and key influencers.
- Identify Business Goals and build a strategy to align HVA initiatives to help them attain these goal.
- Prepare regular reports of progress using key account metrics and KPIs [QBRs].
- Identify White Space opportunities to generate new sales opportunities.
- Foster relationships between HVA Field Sales and NSI Commercial Branches.
- Establishing enduring connections with NSI National/Global Account Managers aiming to attain trusted advisor status and position themselves as a pivotal concierge within HVA on a global scale.
- Effectively communicate initiatives to the HVA internal resources to support growth within the account.
Qualification
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within the manufacturing or National Systems Integrator space.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the security industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in a second language being a valuable asset (especially Korean or Spanish).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- The ability to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals.
- Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technology.
Desirable Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of an IP video, VMS and related technologies
