In this role, the Navigation Associate will ensure sites are well-prepared to deliver a quality and safe experience for arriving guests. Responsibilities The Navigation Associate will:
- Communicate with guests in a welcoming and empathetic manner; support site-level efforts to maintain a positive guest experience
- Navigate guests to the appropriate onsite resources
- Ensure that arriving guests are assigned to the correct facility
- Ensure that guests receive the supplies they need before departing to their assigned facility
- Problem-solve in a timely manner and escalate issues to other team members as appropriate
