The Navy ERP Subject Matter Expert will provide subject matter expertise in Navy ERP implementation, including the transition from the ECC Platform to S/4 HANA (ERP+) and will support a wide range of ERP implementation programs within the Lynch Consultants Navy account, providing technical and functional expertise to clients and our project teams. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Navy ERP modules primarily related to financial management End-to-End business processes (e.g. Funds Management, Asset Management, Workforce Management, Finance/Controlling, etc.) including data tables in each module and the core business process(es) supported by each module.Duties / ResponsibilitiesCore actions and activities include, but are not limited to:
- Support implementation and sustainment of Navy ERP across DON HQ, SYSCOMS, and lower echelon commands support across various
- Provide functional and technical expertise of Navy ERP, SAP, and S/4 HANA to Navy clients and project teams
- Support critical corollary implementation activities, including development of handbooks/desktop guides and training
- Support business process reengineering activities related to ERP implementation
- Develop strategies, roadmaps, and technical approaches for successful ERP implementation
- Support User Acceptance Testing
Experience / Skills•10+ total years of experience supporting Navy ERP implementation required•Experience providing support to financial systems/business systems implementations across the DoD and/or commercial sector is preferred.•Experience with design, development, implementation, and deployment of financial systems, including completing module configuration on SAP implementations is preferred•Experience as a tester in a SAP-based User Acceptance Testing, including preparing test plans and documenting results, and communicating results to end users, is preferred•Experience with Navy FM&C/FMS, PEO MLB, and/or PMW 220 preferred.Education / Certifications / Training•Bachelor's Degree required•Active DoD Secret Clearance requiredWhat Working at LC Offers:We offer unlimited career growth and potential, a competitive compensation package in which you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
