For more information, please visit www.eNorthfield.comJob Title: Deposit Operations Analyst- Wire SpecialistJob Location: Woodbridge, New JerseyJob Status: Full TimeJob Summary:Receive, verify, process and distribute incoming and outgoing wire transfers and maintain records oftransactions.Essential Functions: 1. Accurately process Incoming and Outgoing wire transfers in accordance with wire transferprocedures.2. Review, process and obtain required approvals for high dollar wire transfers over normallimits.3. Maintain a file of monthly approved OFAC reports for Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Department.4. Monitor for compliance with Foreign Remitter rules.5. Create and maintain wire notifications, fee profiles, drawdowns, recurring wire templates andother related system maintenance.6. Assist branches and customers with wire transfer questions.7. Serve as backup for EIM Processing and Check/ACH Research Adjustments and Claims.8. Respond to online Social Security Administration/Medicaid account verifications.9. Provide assistance to any area of the Deposit Operations team as required by work volumes.10. Compliance with all relevant Bank policies and procedures.Required:1.
