Bread and butter cases including Ortho, Vascular, High-Risk OB, Cancer, Liver, Cosmetics, Light Cardiac (TEE/Ablations)

• February Start
• $250/Hr 1099
• 8Hr or 10Hr Shifts
• Week Night Call $300
• 24/Hr Weekend Call $1,000
• Independent CRNA Model
• All Expenses Paid
