About the job NE Regional CDL A Driver $0.80-$0.85 cpm Recent CDL A Grads Welcome Job Description: We are hiring experienced CDL A Drivers & recent CDL A graduates to join our team. This position offers competitive pay and comprehensive training for those looking to start their career in trucking.Key Responsibilities:
- Runs all of the Northeast states including all of New England and as far south as VA
- Transport freight that is 100% touch (full hand unload using conveyor belt)
- Complete a training program consisting of 200-250 hours behind the wheel.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations.
Compensation:
- Average weekly earnings of $1.700
- Pay is based on experience and goes from $0.80- $0.85 cpm
- Average miles: 1900- 2100
- Extra stop pays $15
Home Time:
- Out for 14 days with 34-48 hours at home every other week.
- Option to take the truck home during breaks.
Benefits:
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, PTO, etc.) after 30 days of employment.

- Paid orientation $300 on your first paycheck
Training Details:
- Training pay: $650 per week.
- Duration: 200-250 hours of hands-on training.
- Upon successful completion, drivers start at $0.80 CPM
Experienced Driver Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months or 1 year in the last 5 years.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months (includes personal and CDL).
- No serious traffic violations (e.g., speeding 15+, reckless driving, following too closely) in the last 12 months.
- No more than 1 on-road DOT recordable preventable accident in the last 2 years; no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- Maximum of 4 jobs in the last 12 months; cannot have been let go from the most recent company for safety violations.
- Must have never failed a DOT drug or alcohol test.
Trainee Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
- Clean driving record: No speeding violations over 15 mph, no serious accidents, and no DUIs in the last 5 years (only one DUI in a lifetime allowed).
- No misdemeanors or felonies in the last 10 years, and none involving children.
- Must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
- No more than 6 months of unemployment in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
