Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Negotiations Specialist to join our team in our Philadelphia, PA office. This is an in-office opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting or business background, advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, and a good understanding of contract/legal concepts. Responsibilities will include:

• Putting together government agency submittals of staff hours and audit packages working in conjunction with project managers, marketing, sub consultants and/or prime consultants, and clients• Collaborating with regional leadership and project managers through negotiation phase• Supporting accounting with rate/classification information• Coordinating staff addition approvals with clients• Collaborate with marketing and project managers during the pursuit phase to understand project profitability• Responsible for educating project managers regarding the needs and requirements of public sector clients• Maintaining and optimizing tools used to accomplish tasks listed above

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related degree

• 2+ years of public sector procurement experience required• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals• High degree of professionalism and strong people skills• Must be an excellent team player• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite• Advanced Excel Skills• Contract/legal concepts knowledge• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Strong communication skills• Solutions oriented• Ability to prioritize tasks/deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF is preferred
