Responsibilities

• Managerial duties
• On-call support
• Open availability required
• Communicate, train, and coach the team
• Inventory management and ordering
• Handle guest inquiries and explain menu items
• Assist delivery drivers with information about their pick-up
• Use an iPad to take orders in-store and over the phone
• Verbally acknowledge guests as they enter and leave
• Accept payments and provide change correctly
• Clean/sanitize the guest area
• Manage incoming orders using our online portal
• Resolve guest concerns without escalating
• Identify and correctly bag orders or deliver dine-in orders to guests
• Stock guest areas
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide the best experience possible
• Follow a sanitation schedule to ensure a safe environment for your team and guests

Cash handling, customer service, and restaurant experience are a plus but not required; we're looking for a great personality, not a skill set.

All training will be provided, paid, and will be followed by an opportunity for a pay increase after your 30-day review. Our employee referral program will be available to you after 90 days of employment.
