If you have additional questions, contact recruiter at: ...@hshs.org HSHS St. Anthony's Hospital is recruiting a Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for our Level 2 Nursery team Effingham, IL. HSHS St. Anthony's Hospital works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Position Details: - 87, 24-hour shifts per year - All shifts are spent in house at the hospital. - Self-scheduling is completed monthly with the NNP team - Rotating requirement of weekends and holidays - NNP on shift will cover the level 2 nursery and attend all high risk deliveries Compensation & Benefits Package: - Sign-on bonus available - Base guarantee salary - CME reimbursement per fiscal year Position Requirements: - Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start - Board Certified - 2+ years of prior practicing experience is strongly preferred, but not required. Education Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience Qualifications Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required. Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred. Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred. Federal DEA license is preferred. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
