Join us in shaping our future-and yours.Role reports to: NA Sustainability Sr Program ManagerLocation: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)Travel : 10%Pay: 73,000- 117,300What you will doThe Reliability Lead supports regional Kenvue manufacturing across both internal sites and directed-spend external supply points. The Reliability Lead interfaces with internal and external business partners and suppliers to improve customer fulfillment and supplier delivery performance and responsiveness, abiding by the spirit of the Kenvue Values. The Reliability Lead leverages processes, systems, and reporting capabilities that improve the efficiency of material supply services, using technology and monitoring metrics necessary to achieve targeted performance goals. The Neostrata Reliability Lead will need to lead Neostrata projects and Support development of the portfolio strategy and lead all aspects of the project plan through commercial launch leading the cross-functional project team to project execution.The Senior Material Reliability Lead will be:Owning the operational resolution of emerging supply issues across the MSM (Material Supply Management) network for the Neostrata businessIdentifying problematic suppliers and works jointly with Strategic Sourcing, Quality, Make and MSM peers to correct or exit if needed.Leading discussions with key functional partners - Raw Material Center (RMC), Package Material Center (PMC), Quality, EM Make, R&D, etc. - to drive resolution of out-of-specification materials, discontinued materials, and material feed stock changes.Driving or supporting improvements in material reliability, customer fulfillment, supplier delivery performance, and responsiveness.Identifying and developing key process improvements for key Internal and External manufacturing sites regarding communication process on disruptions.Leading Neostrata Projects & support development of the portfolio strategy and lead all aspects of the project plan through commercial launch leading the cross-functional project team to project execution.Oversee the phase-in process of new SKUs while minimizing liabilities.Develop and roll out processes related to innovation and agile project methodology concepts to the overall new product development and product lifecycle process.What we are looking forQualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, a focused degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Technical or related is preferredA minimum of four (2) years of related experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management or similar operations is requiredMust demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence multiple levelsDemonstrated negotiating and pre-negotiation planning experience is preferredAn understanding of manufacturing operations and plants is preferredStrong project management skills are a plus.
