This will be a 10-week internship which will begin on June 9th and end on August 15th.
This role is office based at our Nespresso Square office located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. While there may be some flexibility to work remotely, all candidates must be able to commute to the office as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support the ongoing improvement of the unboxing and onboarding experience to drive conversion to Nespresso and create customers with high lifetime values
* Intern will learn how to work cross-functionally and give creative feedback, and will learn about the GTM for Nespresso's business in the US
* An updated mapping of the full unboxing and onboarding experience, including what is managed and controlled locally / globally
* Short and long term recommendations to improve the unboxing and onboarding experience to increase conversion and LTV
Requirements:
* Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college
* Degree focused on Marketing/Business is preferred
The approximate target compensation range for this role is $25-$30/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
