Indotronix is seeking a Onsite Job - Network Engineer for a Job Opportunity in NH-Nashua Job Description : Maintains smooth operation of a variety of networks. Plans, evaluates, designs, and coordinates installation and/or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of data and/or voice communication network. Maintains technical expertise in all areas of networks and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing. Provides regular monitoring and network analysis regarding short- and long-range planning for in-house systems. Key Responsibilities: Engineering and Design o Architect and build complex multi-site, multi-tenant networks, which enforce traffic segregation. o Propose and document outages, implementation changes, and system reference architectures o Implement industry best practices for network design and implementation o Maintain current documentation for network infrastructure •Operations and support o Leverage network orchestration technologies like Juniper Apstra, or Cisco vManage o Install, configure, maintain, and decommission data center network infrastructure o Use routing protocols like BGP or OSPF to interconnect networks, and to build highly available datacenter services o Operate in a mixed hardware environment and work with diverse product vendors Incident Response o Actively participate in incident response and root-cause analysis, support a blameless post-mortems culture o Proactively troubleshoot complex issues that arise on development and interconnected networks Automation o Automate network operations to increase efficiency, enforce configurations, and ensure repeatability with tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Python Required Skill Set : o Must be able to obtain a Security+ or equivalent security certification within 6 months of starting o Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex problems in a production environment o Ability to independently research solutions to problems and propose viable solutions o Ability to work with multiple teams to accomplish complex tasks o Comfortable working with multiple vendors in a heterogeneous environment Technical skills o Familiarity with at least one virtualization platform o Experience with LAN switching technologies such as VLANS, spanning tree, and ether-channel o Capable of configuring network routing protocols such as Static OSPF & BGP o Comfortable with Firewall routing, policy, and inspection o Familiarity with configuring and managing NAT devices o Experience with IP-Sec VPNs and GRE Desired Skills Set : The following skills and experience are desired. is committed to investing in our employees.
