Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills : 1. CCNA Certified Minimum 2. Working experience on all various models of Cisco. Should have worked on routing, switching technologies irrespective of device platform especially Lan concepts must be thorough enough to manage the operations on day to day basis. 3. Should have installed Cisco network devices, maintained and configured. 4. Working experience on SDWAN technology & routing policies 5. Working experience on DNS DHCP server and records deployment, configuration and troubleshooting. 6. Technical issues include network-related problems, system failures, and routing changes and updates. 7. Consult clients and customers to ensure that their needs are met; customer service skills are essential to building rapport with customers 8. Handled escalations and resolved technical issues according to SLA, should have enough experience on problem management. 9. Performed IOS upgrades on various models of IP Internetworking layer 2/3 switches 10. Working experience on wireless access points and WLCs. 11. Should have knowledge on all layers must be able to understand the cablings. 12. Technical knowledge of routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP 13. Monitoring tools knowledge and troubleshooting skills on setting up monitoring 14. Strong Customer Service skills and experience- resolving test cases & result with direct client interaction 15. Document activities and interaction daily 16. Excellent communication skills Experience Required: 4-8 Years Roles & Responsibilities: •Responsible of administrating entire networking domain globallySwitching, Routing & Wireless. •Responsible for Configuring and administrating Arista, NEXUS 7K & 5K Switches, Core & Access 6500/4500/9300 switches , Arista switches, Routers ,Cisco WLC , DNS, DHCP servers. •Responsible for Configuring and administrating SD WAN routers •Responsible for Troubleshooting customer faults, Wan link failover, Slowness issue, Device Upgrading, Error troubleshooting on the network devices. Having good exposure in various network products. •Responsible for Service improvement plans, Active participation in Audits, RMA Follow up and Vendor managements #LI-CM2
