FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Network Administrator to build and design data communication networks and manage network infrastructure. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the IT Department in an office environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Network Administrator will plan and implement network solutions, manage network security, and perform maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal network performance. Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and design data communication networks, including LANs and WANs.
- Install and configure network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage network security and implement measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal network functionality.
- Document network configurations, including drawings and descriptions.
- Research and stay updated on advancements in network technologies.
- Present network plans and reports to management staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration required.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
- Must be able able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds and be able to stand/walk for 4-6 hours per day.
