The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves. As a Network Administrator at our non-profit organization, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our network infrastructure, primarily consisting of network switches and enterprise grade firewalls. Essential Job Functions
- Support Windows 2016 R2, 2019 R2 and Linux servers.
- Support most components of Windows Servers including; AD, DFS, DNS, DHCP, GP, Users and Groups, Sites and Services.
- Support Microsoft HyperV.
- Support Microsoft Office 365.
- Support Windows Terminal Server including Connection Broker and RD web.
- Assist with software implementations.
- Help design, install and maintain network infrastructure including switches, vlans, ap's, firewalls, routers, cabling, cable modems, servers, SAN, workstations and VoIP phone system.
- Assist with server maintenance, backup and disaster recovery.
- Work with and troubleshoot various protocols, including but not limited to DNS, DHCP, RDP, TCP, IP.
- Perform periodic and routine maintenance on network devices.
- Manage patches and upgrades to network equipment.
- Provide end user support on both hardware and software. Win10 and Win11, Thin clients.
- Participate in limited on call duties with other IT staff.
- Maintain written documentation of all configurations and setups.
- Research relevant state-of-the-art technology and recommend cost-effective upgrades to equipment and/or systems that improve productivity.

Qualifications Summary
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Network Administrator or System Administrator position and ability to support items listed in Essential Job Functions.
