Network Analyst Intro We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Analyst to join our team. This intermediate-level position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the efficient operation of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality network support. Network Analyst Job Details As a Network Analyst, you will assist with various firewall, networking, and SSL VPN tasks and issues. Your responsibilities will include ensuring secure traffic flows on firewalls, configuring networks as per business needs, and troubleshooting site-site links. Additionally, you will be responsible for replacing switches that are approaching end of life, particularly old Cisco Nexus switches. Network Analyst Mandatory Skills - CCNA certification - 7 years of experience in network analysis - Proficiency with Cisco Switches - Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing - Strong network support skills - Experience with firewalls, specifically Fortinet and Cisco Nexus Catalyst - Familiarity with Meraki devices Network Analyst Desired Skills - Experience with cloud services such as AWS and Azure IaaS would be an advantage Network Analyst Start Date ASAP Network Analyst Location This position is based in Northborough, Massachusetts, United States, with additional work locations in East Providence, Rhode Island. A strong preference is given to candidates who can work onsite and travel between these locations as needed. The role allows for a hybrid work model, with flexibility for a couple of days onsite. Fully remote work is the last option and less preferred.
