Network and Computer Systems Administrator (HEX476; multiple positions; full-time)Hexaware seeks Network and Computer Systems Administrator to work in Iselin, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to Manage Enterprise network Lan, Wan, and Wireless infrastructure. Manage Datacenter infrastructure involving Cisco Nexus, ACI Fabric, and Firewalls. Manage GRE and IPSEC VPN tunnels connecting various remote sites and partner sites. Perform vulnerability analysis for new reported vulnerabilities and work towards mitigating/ remediating them as applicable. Work with hardware vendors & TAC team, for hardware or software abnormalities to fix/replace faulty network devices. Secure and manage new or spare inventory onsite. Configure and perform changes as needed on the campus and Data Center network infrastructure that include Cisco ACI fabric, ISR and ASR routers, to support business requirements time to time. Create or update security policies or access control lists as per business or security compliance requirements. Perform periodic and ad hoc network maintenance and system upgrades. Utilize DNAC to manage Network hierarchy, inventory, software image management, and provisioning. Perform periodic Inventory, network, and network security configuration audits and as needed. Perform trend analysis on events, alerts, network traffic/usage, and critical or recurring incidents to identify critical problems. Perform detailed root cause analysis for the problems and work towards resolution. Prepare/update Network diagrams, SOPs and knowledge base articles as needed. Plan and implement network and security infrastructure related projects as per design such as legacy infrastructure migrations, office expansions, or new office implementation. Work with peer engineers as needed to plan, schedule, and implement projects or project tasks. Configure and deploy Routers, switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access points/controllers, and phones as necessary. Perform network baseline tests for business requirements post deployment.Must have Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field, plus two years of IT experience. The two years must include two years of experience with the following skill set: -VTP, Cisco Unified Communications Servers, ServiceNow, & Splunk.In lieu of a Master's Degree and two years of IT experience, will accept Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field, plus five years of progressive post-bachelor's IT experience. The five years must include two years of experience with the following skill set: -VTP, Cisco Unified Communications Servers, ServiceNow, & Splunk.All experience may be acquired concurrently.
