Axient is seeking a Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support our customer in Eglin AFB, FL.
What you will do...:
- Assist with system administration of network, Web, and/or communication systems, including LAN and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems, involving network security;
- Assist with managing hardware and software, perform configuration management and troubleshooting on IT related equipment;
- Assist end-users with the operation and restoration of information systems;
- Perform daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be mainframe, mini, client/server, or cloud based and optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis, planning, and lifecycle management.
- Provide assistance to users in accessing and using business systems, and;
- Prepare technical implementation plans that provide integrated solutions including actions, milestones, timelines and critical paths required for complete solutions.
Skills you will need...:
- Associates degree + 15 years' experience
- Or associate's degree + 13 years' experience + IAT Level III
- Or bachelor's degree + 10 years' experience
- Or bachelors degree + 8 years' experience + IAT Level III
- Security Plus or equivalent
- Top Secret Security Clearance
