You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute to leading societies to a low carbon future by supporting N&T Sub-System project deployment activities (Design, Installation, Test & Commissioning). Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Projects Engineering, IT, and System Architecture), review technical designs and subject matter expertise, and much more.We'll look to you for:
  • Contributing to support N&T Sub-System project deployment activities including Design, Installation, Test & Commissioning,
  • Supporting the Projects Engineering team to ensure the application of correct technical governance,
  • Reviewing the technical input and providing subject matter expertise for proposed designs,
  • Assessing the feasibility of proposed solutions and proposing mitigation plans,
  • Chairing Design Reviews for critical developments and projects in your field,
  • Engaging with projects to ensure technical risks are identified and managed.

  • Degree in Mathematics, Physics, IT discipline, or related field (4 years of equivalent experience may substitute for degree),
  • Experience or understanding of Design/Engineering in communications with a focus on radio deployments in industrial environments,
  • Knowledge of Wifi protocols and radio solutions (802.11a/b/n/ac),
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques (spectrum analyzer, IP analyzer, mib principles, etc.),
  • Understanding of signaling and system architecture,
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
