Job Description: We are seeking Network Architects/ Designers to join an exciting, newly awarded contract. In this role, you will actively manage enterprise computer systems and networks, analyze technical issues, and develop and implement corrective actions. Additionally, you will translate user requests into technical diagnoses and apply diagnoses to develop technical solutions to meet user needs; develop strategies to migrate existing customers to new architecture/technology with minimal impact; and evaluate new technologies or equipment.   • TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
  • Master's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED and nine (9) years of relevant experience. Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field. Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development; programming, information/cyber/network security; vulnerability analysis; penetration testing; computer forensics; information assurance and/or systems engineering.
  • Strong Linux experience.
  • Experience in systems/network administration, application administration, and/or information technology support or management.
  • Experience supporting hardware installation, such as servers and network infrastructure.
  • Experience setting up storage such as network-attached storage.
  • Experience implementing security best practices to include PKI certificate generation, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages like Bash, Bourne, or C.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience deploying and maintaining Nginx.
  • Familiarity with Docker and RedHat Satellite.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments like AWS.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) products like Terraform, SALT, and Ansible and system monitoring platforms like Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Experience with Security Enhanced Linux and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS).
