What you'll be doing...
- Join client as we continue to expand our industry-leading network to improve the ways people, businesses, and things connect.
- As a Network Operations Engineer, you will provide technical expertise on a critical role involving network transformation, network outages, service issues, network optimization, and maintenance.
- You will be responsible for providing support to keep things running smoothly and change the way that our customers live, work, and play.
- We are a 24x7 highly visible Operations environment that performs troubleshooting, configuration changes, drive issues to resolution, and related functions.
- Performing optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network systems and applications to identify overall system availability and performance.
- Evaluating network coverage to find gaps, making recommendations to improve coverage, and helping to implement those recommendations.
- Performing triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.
- Generating, driving, and updating problem-tracking tickets via multiple systems and continuously improving business practices.
- Escalating issues to the appropriate internal/external engineer teams for resolution.
- Assisting with the cell site build program and switch inventory management.
- Assist with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the field Team.
- Assist with Shipping and Receiving for the field Team.
- Assist with PO creation and completing.
- Assist field team with managing power company accounts.
- Assist field team with various remote support when needed.

You'll need to have:
• Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• A technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technologies like Telephony Switching, Data Communications and Network Routers.
• Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations.
• Vendor management experience.
