We're looking for an experienced Network Solutions Engineer to support customer deployments and ensure that government and public safety customers are able to use DroneSense products and services within varying network and information security environments. The role involves direct customer interaction and tool development/implementation to evaluate and troubleshoot network connectivity problems. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of network engineering principles with a consultative approach to client needs, helping design, deploy, and optimize deployments. You'll work closely with clients, our customer facing, and engineering teams to ensure reliable communication systems and a high quality end user experience. What Would I Be Doing?
