Network Engineer will work with Network Managers across multiple departments to provide and maintain highly specialized information technology solutions. In a senior level position, they serve as liaison between end uand Network resources. Elicit, analyze and document the business needs of project stakeholders in developing detailed business requirements for new and existing systems and/or network elements. Required Skills & Experience A four-year degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science or equivalent experience required. •Advanced applicable knowledge of common network technologies at OSI Layer 2 required. •Strong oral and written communication skills required. •Background must demonstrate the ability to operate within a complex, dynamic environment. •Knowledge of PON networking.
