Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: SAN ANTONIO, TX AND DENVER, CO TO SIT ONSITE IN THOSE AREAS

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour workdays (40-hour work weeks)

Job Type: 6-month contract with potential for extensions

Openings: 2

Interview Process: 1-2 virtual rounds with lead and hiring manager

About the Project:

The Project is a high-profile initiative that has already saved the company $10 million in its first region rollout. This project focuses on building out Local Area Networks (LAN) to integrate new devices and ensure seamless communication. This is likely to be a longer-term project requiring sharp and skilled individuals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Mid-career professional with a solid Network Engineer background
• Familiar with VLAN and able to add devices independently
• Experience with Solar Winds
• Understanding of firewalls and access requests (no direct security experience needed)
• No network automation experience required
• Preferably has some OT experience, though not mandatory

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Reading network diagrams to determine equipment and new device placements
• Tying main communications to the site
• Installing and ensuring all equipment is communicating properly before handing off to the NOC center
• Utilizing Cisco products and Solar Winds for all installations and communications
