Responsibilities
- Support the Network Infrastructure environment with a service-oriented approach, ensuring efficient delivery to meet customer needs and service expectations.
- Work within establish configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Lead engineering, design, deployment, troubleshooting and administration of network infrastructure solutions, including:
- WAN Services solutions, supporting wide area network circuits, internet circuits, Point to Point Circuits, and 3rd Party Fabric solutions.
- Wired/Wireless LAN Services solutions including performance monitoring and management, Layer 1, Layer 2 and Layer 3 solutions.
- Third Party Services solutions, ensuring security and access integration into the network.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in a network engineering role in a Cisco environment.
- 8 years of experience in supporting and managing hosted Data Centers.
- 8 years of experience working in an Azure environment.
- Experience transitioning an On-Prem network to the cloud, preferably Azure.
- Certifications - CCNA or CCNP (R&S)
- Cisco Networking Equipment (Routers, Switches, Wireless, Firewalls, etc.)
- ITIL Certification and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management skills with experience in managing medium to large IT projects.
- Excellent reasoning skills to evaluate multiple potential solutions to complex problems.
