This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship. Overall Purpose This position is responsible for executing the strategy, rules and processes related to Zelle complaints. This includes continuing to evolve the operating rules related to complaints, working with various cross-functional teams on the day-to-day management of complaint activity, being the subject matter expert on new complaints projects and developing reporting and metrics for complaints activity. Essential Functions
- Implement the end-to-end complaints strategy and tactics for the Network and ensure appropriate Network rules, processes and reporting are in place to support complaints activity and evolution.
- Oversee end-to-end Network process and rules for complaints including the facilitation and management of the complaints process;
- Lead analysis of complaints data to identify opportunities to improve the Zelle product, policies and processes
- Coordinate with other leaders along with product and technology teams to ensure the complaints business strategies and initiatives are aligned across the company and align with key internal and external partners to effectively generate support and buy-in on the strategic direction of new and existing products and services
- Implement new and revise existing complaints rules in support of the company's payments business strategy, and in pace with industry developments;
- Provide subject matter expertise to identify and define business needs and requirements to support the development and implementation of operational/technical solutions in support of complaints rules;
- Provide consulting and guidance to internal and external partners on the interpretation and application of complaints rules.
- Ensure rules and processes comply with all payment contractual obligation including other networks and provide consultation to product teams on industry standards.
- Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications - Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years' experience in payments industry, preferably in a network complaints management, rules or compliance function;
- Minimum of 6 or more years of related experience
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams;
- Highly effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization, as well as senior executives and customers;
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build partnerships and alliances internally and with external partners at all levels of the organization;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to make recommendations;
- Experience managing tactical and strategic projects from inception to completion
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment;

Physical Requirements Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently.
