Requirements
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to determine the requirements and goals for the SecOps solution, including its Vulnerability Response and Application Vulnerability Response modules.
- Develop, enhance, and support scalable, robust ServiceNow SecOps solution focusing on Vulnerability Response and Application Vulnerability Response.
- Design and develop integrations with external systems like vulnerability scanners, ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with Support Engineer to triage and diagnose issues and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Implement the design by configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, following best practices.
- Coordinate with QA and end user teams to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the solution meets the specified requirements.
- Prepare high-quality documentation including design, data models process flows and job aids.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the performance of the ServiceNow SecOps applications for optimal performance and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with industry and data security development standards.
- Configuration and administration experience with the ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Knowledge, and Employee Center) is preferred.
- Experience with VRM specific functions including the following: inclusion rules, assignment rules, VIT assignment, and remediation tasks.
- Experience with VRM specific integrations including: Qualys, Rapid7, and NVD
- Experience with building client scripts, business rules, UI policies and UI actions.
- Ability to create, modify and migrate local update sets between environments.
- Ability to create/modify list views, queries, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow.
- Broad ServiceNow knowledge and ability to perform configuration and administration in other areas/modules outside of ITSM in the NOW platform is a plus.
