The **Dedicated Network Support Specialist** is responsible for set up and maintenance of network practitioners in support of the VBA MDE program. This includes set up and maintenance of practitioner profiles, payment setup and updates, and financial tracking.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Setup practitioner profiles according to block scheduling checklists for block scheduled providers/practitioners
+ Setup and maintain manual finance calendars for payment rendering on provider and practitioner days
+ Investigate and address provider reimbursement inquiries to support automated invoicing
+ Work closely with Dedicated Network Operations Managers and Dedicated Network Operations Specialists to ensure accuracies for payment processing and practitioner set-ups

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
+ 1+ years of customer service experience working with a diverse group of people to accomplish customer driven goals
+ Advanced level of proficiency with organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as the ability work in a fast paced, action-oriented environment
+ Advanced level of proficiency with verbal and written communication skills to ensure understanding on all levels of the business
+ Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with high knowledge base specifically in Excel
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years of related experience working with provider networks
+ Experience working in billing or provider invoicing
+ Data base experience (i.e., MedNet)
+ Ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
+ VBA contract experience
