Position Overview:

BayCare Medical Group is actively recruiting for a Neurosurgical Physician Assistant to join our team of four board certified neurosurgeons, supported by 5 physician assistants in the office, hospital and OR. The opportunity is located in Clearwater, Florida at Morton Plant Hospital and is the premier choice for neurosurgical care in Pinellas County. The team specializes in treating all surgical cranial, spinal, and cerebrovascular conditions with the most advanced neurosurgical procedures and a customized treatment plan. Call responsibilities are shared evenly between the team. Experience as a physician assistant in neurosurgery, including first assisting is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

• NCCPA Certification
• Ability to obtain a Florida license
• Experience as a Neurosurgical Physician Assistant is preferred. Applicants who have completed a Neurosurgical clinical rotation will also be considered.
