Major Duties and Responsibilities:•Prepare and manage Expense Reports•Handle all return mortgage mail•Accounts payable, process all appraisal payments, and process all legal fee payments•Open accounts and maintenance on accounts•Post all mortgage payments•Answer phones and direct them to designated servicing area- no longer answer servicing questions•Order supplies and put away supplies •Welcome Calls to borrowers on all new loans•Teller work for walk in customers and drive thru customers•Balance vault and tellers•Prepare & order Marketing Flyers & baskets for loan officers RequirementsPosition Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of Bank's and investors regulations
- Ability to use all office machines and proficiency in computer programs
- Ability to communicate with title company personnel, agents, builders, and Bank personnel
- Thorough customer service skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Minimum of 1 year of teller/new accounts experience.
