Epsilon is seeking an Associate Client Engagement Executive to join a team that drives client outcomes and value through day-to-day partnership with clients and internal teams. The Client Engagement function to orchestrate delivery of our products and services to our client's delivery teams. As an Associate Client Engagement Executive you will work cross functionally amongst several groups and while it does vary per team you may work with associates from Project Managers, external vendors, internal and external Client teams. As an Associate Client Engagement Executive you will support the engagement management team for assigned Client(s) by understanding financials, facilitating processes, and documenting key aspects of engagement. _This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office._
**What You'll Achieve**
+ Impact:You will play a key role in supporting for day-to-day engagement of program execution such as:
+ Coordinating activity across Epsilon and client/partner teams
+ Ensuring accurate documentation is in place to support campaign management
+ A good understanding in client's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and timelines
+ Assist in the generation of presentations, conference reports, program reporting and status reports
+ Career Growth:
+ You will work on a team that provides day-to-day execution of a client project while receiving guidance and development from senior staff. You will Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality throughout and after each engagement
