Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven New Home Specialist to join our dynamic and highly motivated sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers interacting with the company through digital channels whether via our website, email, or phone. You will play a critical role in guiding potential buyers through the initial stages of the home buying process, while collaborating closely with our onsite sales team and marketing department. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital sales environment.Responsibilities: Lead Management: Qualify, categorize, and respond promptly to inbound website, email, and phone inquiries, providing a seamless and informative experience for potential buyers. Customer Guidance: Help prospects navigate the home buying journey online by providing detailed information on our communities, home designs, prices, promotions and company offerings. Product Expertise: Offer accurate and relevant insights about Mid-Atlantic Builders product offerings, ensuring potential buyers understand the value and benefits of each community and floorplan option. CRM Management: Use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track lead information, manage follow-ups, and send targeted campaigns to keep prospects engaged. Collaboration: Act as the liaison between online prospects and onsite sales teams, scheduling in-person appointments and ensuring a smooth handoff to local sales counselors. Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: Preferably 2 years of sales experience in an onsite or online sales environment, ideally within the real estate or homebuilding industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect professionally with a wide range of customers. Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions with a positive, friendly attitude. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, including CRM systems, email, and other contact management platforms. Prefxperience using Hubspot. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Must be able to manage time effectively and take initiative in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
