Our company is looking for a Part-Time New Home Sales Customer Concierge with entry-level or relevant internship experience in administration, customer service, and/or real estate to add to our nationwide team. As a New Home Sales Customer Concierge, you have the opportunity to participate in the building of the American Dream. New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. You can join us with a role in cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships and scheduling all appointments throughout their home-building journey after contract. Your role in this process is crucial, as you will act as a resource to customers and set essential expectations for a successful new home build. This role is fully remote and will have the opportunity to work with multiple builder partners.

Minimum Requirements
  • Strong people skills and the ability to articulate and professionally handle interactions with customers, team members, trade partners, and the general public.
  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Extreme attention to detail and time management skills are a necessity.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Prior sales, real estate, and/or construction/permitting experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Background checks required.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule all meetings and appointments that a customer has in the community after contract. This includes meetings such as Plan Review, Pre-Drywall Walkthrough, Welcome Home Celebration, and Day of Closing Review.
  • Coordinate with the lender, Realtor, and customer to ensure the commitment memo is received on time and with appropriate documentation. This will be the customer's introduction to the concierge and establish the relationships for the future.
  • Assist customers with any daily questions they may have after contract.
  • Assist New Home Star and Project Manager with neighborhood presentation and complete necessary checklists by making sure that the community looks clean and presentable to all visitors and customers.
  • Provide customers with consistent updates on building construction and provide a timeline of closing dates, and walkthroughs.
  • Provide team support and coverage on a rotating and flexible schedule.
  • Conduct Plan Review meeting with Project Manager and customer and set expectations for the build process.
