The position will be responsible for interfacing and coordinating with the State Public Works Division, installation vendors and occupying agencies on system design, ensuring quotes are complete and appropriate, coordinating install activities, setting up partitions, programming credential groups and initial user accounts, printing and activating access badges, setting up camera views and monitor stations, and ensuring final installation is fully complete. The position will work under the supervision of the CLIENT Administrator in the CLIENT.SCOPE OF WORK Will be incorporated into the RFS issued to CLIENT vendors and the subsequent Work OrderThis position will handle all Southern Nevada issues regarding CCURE that pertain to CIP projects only. The position will be responsible for the following: Be the Southern Nevada point of Contact for CIP funded CCURE/NCAS projects only Walk CIP funded buildings with vendor Vendor management - coordinate, facilitate, track deliverables etc. for CIP funded CCURE projects Card and camera issues pertaining to CCURE that are CIP funded Badge programming and printing that are CIP funded projects Report any issues to Lead CCURE Administrator May require local travel to support CIP funded CCURE projects Will be responsible for assisting with project management documentation, project plans for CIP funded CCURE projectsDELIVERABLESShould be as detailed as possible and tie back to the Scope of Work.Will be included into the RFS issued to CLIENT vendors and the subsequent Work Order Requirements and design documentation Project timeline and milestones Testing and verification report Acceptance testing documentation Go-Live report System handover documentation
