Job Description Required Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent required.Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Scores 80% or higher on all training assessments. Excels in following SOPs while adapting to varied customer needs. Manages workload without feeling overwhelmed. Demonstrates basic to advanced computer skills, including familiarity with multiple systems and platforms. Collaborates effectively and maintains composure in high-pressure situations.Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams). Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus. Background in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.Customer Service Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional service to our healthcare customers. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and emails to deliver accurate and timely information. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Job Responsibilities: Respond to inbound/outbound calls and emails, providing accurate information and support to healthcare customers. Utilize a database and resource materials to retrieve and manage customer or company information. Adhere to detailed instructions and standard operating procedures while demonstrating excellent organizational skills. Employ patience, tact, empathy, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries effectively. Work efficiently across multiple platforms, managing complex computer applications, while balancing calls and email communication.
