Strong project management skills.POSITION SUMMARYThe Executive Assistant, Clinical Content Creation (C3C Group) is a strategic partner to the C3C team on the US Medical Affairs team responsible for supporting the C3C Lead, C3C creative Lead, and the C3C operations lead. This energetic individual will work with many different teams within and outside of Medical Affairs to drive the development and review of external facing content while ensuring accuracy and scientific balance.RESPONSIBILITIES Provide high-level administrative support to the C3C leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Assist in the planning and execution of departmental meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation. Maintain and organize files, documents, and databases related to C3C activities. Serve as a liaison between the C3C Leadership and other functions of the C3C team, facilitating communication and collaboration. Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Support the onboarding of new team members and assist with training as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support the C3C Team***Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
