Job Description Required Education:• Bachelor's DegreePreferred Education:• Bachelor's Degree in Human ResourcesRequired Qualifications/Skills/Experience:• Experience with benefit administration systems• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and regulations• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills to include: VLookups, XLookups, Pivot Tables, etc• Understanding and knowledge of benefit plan design, administration, compliance, reporting, and communication requirements • Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently, and complete multiple projects within established deadlines• Strong written and oral communication skills• Strategic and creative thinker focused on process improvement and harmonization• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information• Strong influencing, negotiation, and vendor management skills• Must be a team player - setting a professional tone and establishing cooperative partnerships within the Human Resources team and all internal and external stakeholders• Strong time management and attention to detail• Discretion and confidentialityPreferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:• Human Resources/Benefits experience is strongly preferred with focus on health & welfare plan administrationJob Duties:• Provide oversight and management of employee leaves (STD, LTD, PFL, etc) and inquiries• Coordinate and triage general inquiries to benefits team mailbox• Responding to employee HR Hub service requests • Manage internal ServiceNow Accommodation requests• Work with third party vendors, including but not limited to HSA/FSA service and benefits case management• Create and coordinate vendor invoicing with internal HR billing team
