Job Description Required Education: Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Labor Relations, or similar field requiredPreferred Education: Master's degree is preferredRequired Experience: 7 + years' experience in HR or similar role, with strong organization capability/organization design/organization change Experience working in a large, matrixed/global corporate environment Experience with Organization Design work and talent mapping a must Knowledge of immigration policies and employment laws and processes preferred Demonstrate confidence as a communicator, (including both written and verbal) The ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization Strong executive presence is required Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with a strong ability to influence and drive change management agenda in a large organization Exceptional project management experience required for success. Change management expertise with demonstrated experience managing change in a large organizationSoft Skills: Demonstrate global curiosity and willingness to flex style across work groups Comfortable with ambiguity Strong influence and interpersonal skills (e.g., executive maturity and presence) High sense of urgency to deliver High integrity and ability to build trusting relationshipsThe Human Resources Senior Manager supports the PGT/PQGC Transformation Teams. This position will be accountable for all day-to-day HR support, setting and leading the strategic HR agenda for their assigned client groups, and a substantial talent and transformation agenda. The HR Senior Manager will partner with business leaders and teams to develop and implement high-impact talent and organization interventions. The position will also play the role of coach and adviser to senior business leaders regarding people and business strategy.Responsibilities: Primary day-to-day and strategic HR contact for the respective teams Lead development and implementation of HR strategy including appropriate talent and organization interventions, that is in line with the overall Global Strategy & Transformation function strategy Act as a catalyst for sustained business performance and ensure that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions that deliver tangible results Perform talent and organization diagnoses to align and drive strategy, prioritizing solutions that will deliver the most benefits Serve as primary HR strategic business partner for senior Leadership Teams, ensuring policies and procedures are handled consistently and promptly Interpret and guide company policies, and HR program administration (benefits, pay, and career) Lead, plan, and execute organization development initiatives as needed by business partners, such as organization design, change management, organizational effectiveness programs, employee coaching, and career development Proactively work with clients on strategic workforce planning, including critical role talent planning, elevating performance, and developing succession plans for key leadership roles in the organization Partner with Global HR CoEs in the development and implementation of HR programs and tools that attract, retain, develop, and engage talent Partner with HR Senior Director and business organizations to develop and co-lead the Global Strategy & Transformation Function of the Future talent strategyInterview/Hiring Information: The hiring manager will be able to review resumes and schedule interviews until the week of January 13, 2025 The initial timeframe for the position will be six (6) months, with the possibility of extension to one full year
