This includes ongoing monitoring from case creation to case closure and ensuring the information in the case is complete and the appropriate documentation has been provided Answer CBET inquiries via a shared mailbox Provide verbal and written feedback to questions from vendors, employees, and global partners Perform validation checks on employee data and update as necessary Analyze data and metrics in Excel using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced features Manage critical and time-sensitive issues to ensure program compliance Performs more complex tasks in support of the team manager and area projects as assigned Participate in project work as needed including NYS trailing liabilities related to supplemental compensation project for YE 2024/Year Start 2025 to include: Population review/identification Coordination, review, and WD records update for split tax allocations related to NYS travelers Interpret, analyze, and apply statutory rules, compliance regulations, and corporate policy to ensure pay is accurate. Understand and analyze complex payroll calculations and execute solutions that meet statutory regulations. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
