Job Description ***Only qualified Project Administrator who is local to Atlanta, GA can apply for this position due to onsite presence***Qualifications: 3+ years of administrative/clerical experience Any Smartsheet experience is a PLUS!Responsibilities: Plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings.Exec Admin Support Calendar Support: You will manage and coordinate calendars for executives or teams, schedule meetings, and ensure all participants are informed and prepared. Event Planning: You'll organize and coordinate office events, including meetings, workshops, and celebrations, handling logistics such as catering, decor, and guest coordination. Concur Expense Reporting: Responsible for collecting receipts and submitting expense reports using Concur to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.PPQ Team Support Inventory Management: You'll oversee office supplies, track inventory levels, reorder stock as needed, and coordinate with vendors to ensure the office is well-equipped. Conference Room Booking and Setup: You'll manage conference room reservations, coordinate with meeting organizers, and ensure rooms are properly set up with necessary equipment and materials. Handling IT Facility Requests: You'll be the point of contact for IT-related issues, submitting requests to the facilities team and ensuring timely resolution of any technical problems or requirements.
