Job Description Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of systems or business analyst experienceRequired skills (rank in order of importance): Strong organizational skills. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft word, and excel, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft project, visio, and access. SharePoint. Knowledge of software development life cycle. Intermediate knowledge of a ticketing system. Knowledge of project management.Preferred skills (rank in order of importance): Experience with it projects. Experience with healthcare eligibility Prior experience with release coordination Experience with business intelligence software Experience with SQL College degree, preferred. Soft skills required: effective communication skills (written and oral), adaptability, flexibility, self-motivation, time management, ability to work effectively in a stressful environment.Job Duties: Under general supervision, the Project Coordinator assists the oversight Project Manager with weekly meeting coordination as well as job duties listed below. Coordinate all aspects of project coordination. Collaborate with internal team members to collect project artifacts including estimations, project plans, communication all relevant project milestones and obstacles. Ensure all project artifacts are collected and documented in MS Teams and/or SharePoint. Provides management reports to project manager on the various states that each project might be in the pipeline. Works closely with Release team to ensure Release process, policies and procedures communication are followed and projects planned accordingly to be on the release calendar. Assist the Project Manager in documenting meeting minutes and distributing them to appropriate team members. Build a strong working relationship with Medicaid IT Services (MITS) teamSCOPE OF THE PROJECT:This position includes the potential for working with multiple projects related to the Medicaid system. This position involves working with internal Medicaid it services. Primary responsibility will be to support the oversight pm in coordinating and collaborating to collect project artifacts and communicate to all stakeholders. Also assist the infrastructure team leads with internal communications, ticket tracking assisting with ticket SDLC between infrastructure and security and escalate to leadership as needed.
