Job Description Description: Accountable for management of scope for the program and gaining agreement and approval of scope changes with customer representatives and affected stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives. Direct work planning and scheduling design work. Manage, and track the program progress against the program plan. Coordinate and present proposals to agencies as necessary. Ensure team leads adjust and revise estimates when necessary. Responsible for project compliance with standards and procedures. Responsible for the capture and reporting of required program management metrics. Accountable for the final program management evaluation review with stakeholders for approval upon program completion. Identify and track issues. Balance workload with program members Communicate to team members how their work assignments relate to and help achieve program objectives. Plan program specific training and orientation needs.Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload Oversee and coordinate procurement efforts, prepare, review, and maintain documentation, assist internal working team with contract negotiations, monitor procurement activity process through purchase order receipt, material tracking and receipt, data collectionRequired Skills/Attributes Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and organizational skills Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, active listening, strong oral & written communication, adaptabilityEducation Requirement High School Diploma or EquivalentDesired Skills/Attributes Utility experience a plus
