Job Description ***HOURS WILL VERY (7-4 or 8-5)***Education: A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: One year of customer service experience is required. Strong Customer Presentation and Communication Skills. Must have adequate reading, math skill, and ability to write legibly. Database and spreadsheet skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Possesses teamwork attitude. Ability to interact professionally at all levels internally and externally. Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level. Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction Prepare, provide and convey diversified information. Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.) Moderate dexterity - regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Would really like the candidate to have 3 yrs or more of customer experience.Job duties: This position is similar to a call center environment - med-high outgoing calls vs incoming. On a day-to-day basis, they will be responsible for working the phone, email, and chat (aim). NO sales, only scheduling appointments. Contracts are already set the associate will be in charge of scheduling the appointments. Reporting skills.
