Rose is a core recruiting partner for the new battery plant company and is tasked with providing candidates for a range of positions, including Engineering and Technical roles. Position Overview The Talent Coordinator position will focus on providing administrative support to the Rose project team and client HR team. Typical activities will include assisting with scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, on-site testing, background screening, onboarding, and more. Key responsibilities also include periodically attending job fairs or similar community events and connecting with candidates interested in being considered for new positions with the LG Honda organization. These tasks will involve close collaboration with the Rose client support team and the local Rose Client Engagement Associate who support LG Honda and this project. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized, have general experience with recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes, and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. In addition to strong communication and writing skills, the position also requires a strong work ethic, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Working daily with our local/onsite CEA to best support the Rose Recruitment Process and placement activities - Supporting and collaborating with the Rose Resource Delivery Associates, who recruit and screen candidates for client positions. - Assisting all Rose candidates with onsite interviews at the client's offices by being available before, during, and after interview sessions. - Assisting with candidate onboarding to provide a positive experience for the candidate and client. - Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document creation, interview and meeting scheduling, monitoring electronic correspondence, and event planning/support. - Assist with meeting and project support by preparing reports, summarizing data, preparing meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes. - Support and attend college career fairs, community hiring events, and local county fairs - Assist in event planning and logistics related to recruitment, key project milestones, and community engagement. - Perform other HR or administrative functions as determined.
