The purpose of this position is to provide gage design for the development of new products and maintenance of legacy products including bearings and multi-component assembliesPrincipal Responsibilities* Work as part of an Engineering team to design gauging for new products involving bearings and multi-component assemblies to meet the needs of a variety of existing and new customers.* Lead the development of 3-D models and drawings to support new product development gauging activities as well as engineering changes to existing products related to gauging capability.* Provide support to Manufacturing.* Develop and maintain gage designs & gage procedures.Qualifications:An A.S. in Design Engineering plus 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent on-the-job experience
