UCT is looking for a talented NPI Manager to join us in Austin, TX!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the integration of new products from complex gas and liquid delivery systems to full turn-key process modules.
- Interact directly with the customer to manage product development, transition and integration.
- Provide focal point of communication and coordination for all internal and external customers.
- Evaluate new business opportunities with regard to site selection, initial quoting, and preliminary customer discussions.
- Maintain project status, timeline, and budget.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Manufacturing environment required.
- Ability to work in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
- Computer literacy; proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Project.
- Travel to customer sites as required for meetings and training.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
- MBA desired.
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
- 3+ years Program/Project Management experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry highly desired.
- Strong track record in managing successful long-term projects at the Program/Project Manager level.
- Contract manufacturing experience preferred.
