Job description
We are expanding our new and used sales staff at our new facility located in Hamburg, PA. We are seeking Experienced New / Used Vehicle Sales consultants who are capable of selling vehicles while maintaining high CSI.
We will train the right individual for this position, If you are motivated APPLY!!
WE OFFER:
- Annual Income range is $40,000-$150,000
- After sale F&I product bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to follow Company Processed and Procedures.
- Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Determine each client's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).
- Attend sales meetings.
- Maintain owner follow-up through our CRM system, encouraging repeat and referral business and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prospect development and follow-up utilizing our CRM system.
- Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to clients.
- Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Know and understand equity and values, and be able to explain depreciation to the client.
- Introduce clients to service department personnel to emphasize to clients the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and attain a PA sales license
- Professional Appearance, excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Bi-Lingual Ability (Spanish-English) preferred but not required
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
