Job Description Responsible for performing front desk duties, as well as accounting related tasks during the overnight shift.
- Performs all check-in and check-out related tasks.
- Manages online and phone reservations.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
- Registers guests, collecting necessary contact information.
- Informs customers of payment methods and verifies credit card information.
- Provides information about the hotel, as well as all Company promotions and events.
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Works with housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are clean and fully furnished.
- Confirms group reservations and arranges personalized services for VIP guests.
- Promotes additional services, when appropriate.
- Maintains updated records of bookings and payments.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Experience as a Front Desk Specialist, Receptionist or equivalent role preferred. Must be familiar with hotel reservation software. Must have an understanding of travel planning websites. Must be able to identify and address guest concerns and expectations. Must be knowledgeable of federal, state, and local laws. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
